Today is the day that the one person I like the most, Ms. Alodia Gosiengfiao, will be gone. I have been given this very rare chance of meeting her for a year, and I wasted it. Yes, it is all my fault. Call me any name you want. I admit it, my passivity gave me away. There were opportunities, but I didn't take them. She was there, yet I didn't step forward. I was so blind to everything! But now that she's gone, will there be any more opportunities? None. As they say, "opportunity knocks but once". In my case, the opportunities of getting close to her were right in front of my face already. But I was too oblivious to that!

During those moments, I would always hear a voice say to me "Go ahead! Stop being passive!", but I ignored that voice. It was too late for me to find out that it was God telling me what to do. Lord, I apologize for ignoring You all this time. I hope by this act of mine, I can redeem myself in Your eyes. Now it's too late. I can't bring back those moments, they have passed before me like the wind. From the first time that I met her during SOH Night, my life was radically, radically changed. If it were not for you, I would not be inspired to study.

But now that we will be going our separate ways, I only have one prayer for you. May He always be there with you, and may He shower you with blessings. Also, let me say an advanced goodbye to everyone I know and love. Thank you for all the memories you gave me. May God be with you every step of the way. Never worry, if I am already inside I will never forget you, and I will include you in my prayers.
